On a Mac

• When you use these key combos and snap a screenshot, a small preview appears in the corner. Click it if you want to crop or mark it up.
• ⌘ + Shift + 5 opens a full toolbar with more options.

Whole screen	⌘ + Shift + 3	Saves to Desktop
Part of the screen	⌘ + Shift + 4	Drag to select the area, then release
One window	⌘ + Shift + 4, then press Space	Click the window

On a Windows computer

• After using the Windows clipboard methods, open Word, email, or Paint and press Ctrl + V to paste.
• Search for “Snipping Tool” if you prefer a menu instead of keyboard shortcuts.
